豪快なギターリフが印象的な「その先へ」は、THE BACK HORN結成時の衝動や、未来に向けての思いがつづられたナンバー。MVは過去にもTHE BACK HORNの映像作品を手がけてきた清水康彦が監督を務めており、昇っていく朝日を浴びながら演奏するメンバー4人の姿が捉えられている。

なおシングルの初回限定盤に付属するDVDには、2014年12月に行われたアルバム「イキルサイノウ」の再現ライブの模様が収録される。ダイジェストでは熱烈な盛り上がりを見せた一夜の様子を垣間見ることができる。
