Why it's so hard to find desired Visual Novel OST ?

It feels quite easy nowadays to download various Visual Novel due to a variety of links but on the contrary, it's very hard to find OST of just any game. If the VN is popular then it would be very easy to find its BGM but, if it is rare then even torrent sites won't have them :(

It has increasingly became easier to download even rare games from outside Japan, but their OST are toughest to find. Please help....
