SUMMARY

3rd grader Takamichi Nanoha stumbled upon an injured talking ferret after hearing his telepathic cries for help. The ferret turned out to be Yuuno, an archeologist and mage from another world who had accidentally scattered the dangerous Jewel Seeds throughout Earth. Without the strength to collect the Jewel Seeds, Yuuno had resumed a ferret form and needed someone else to take on the task for him. He gave a red jewel to Nanoha explaining to her with this she could transform and use magic to combat the monsters that threatened them due to the Jewel Seeds. But the monsters are the least of their worries, as Yuuno and Nanoha are not the only ones out to collect the Jewel Seeds.

Sorry, i'm not too good at all the technical stuff. I can play almost every file type and format, but a friend of mine requested this in MPEG4. And i can't see the word MPEG4 in those spoilers. I guess that could mean it isn't MPEG4, but i compared the properties of some from here downloaded stuff and the spoilers did not mention MPEG4, but the file properties did.

So where does it say if it is? Which spoiler? What is it called?

Sorry for not understanding, thanks in advance.

And tell your friend to use PS3 Media Server to stream to his TV because MP4 has always been a fringe product due to it not being able to measure up to MKV in any way or form. And it's especially rare in the anime scene, so good luck finding a MP4 version.

Upon closer inspection:

Same argument applies, though. MPEG4 is used for remuxes (e.g. straight BD video) and telestreams (that's what television channels send to your TV), and for pretty much nothing else.
In the anime scene it's pretty much always x264/h264.
