I got the Hatsune Miku version and it's really hard to do things because i can't read japanese.

How do you make it in English?

I have the Japanese version also :P I just pulled that picture from google images.

There is a patch to make it into English as I have used Vocaloid 2 some time ago in the past. The only problem with the patch is that its not 100% but it shows enough to get where you need to go.
