  • For simply, your question is which eroge can be played without changing system locale right?

    Is that so, the answer is you have to test yourself. As my experience, there are eroges that can be played without changing ( including fan translated, not translated....etc ) and do not use any application to temporary change system locale ( HF applocale ). There are eroges that can work with applocale. I don't know how many, but if you want to play without facing any problem, changing your system locale to japanese is recommended. Some eroges even need you to change your whole computer including keyboard, time zone...etc.
    Because my pc is always in japanese location so i don't know. Just change only system locale in tab administrative, i can play most eroges while my PC still display in english. When having error, i will change the whole to japanese and after done, i change back.

    Hope that help you find a convenient way to play eroge. :)
    Hi,
    I'm almost done. If not because of the connection with datafile ftp server, i have to be done now. It seems i have to skip datafile this time. >.<
    Normally, i'll reupload in few days but i had some works last week so i delay until now. Sorry about it.
    In fact, i like bumping each thread after reupload ^^. But decision is your, just do what you think it's convenient for you.

    Thread on AS always has prefix. As me, if it's english version release ( mangagamer, english patch...ect ) i always add [English] prefix. That mean if the package i uploaded is english version or include english patch, i use [english] prefix. I don't know how the other uploader use that prefix.
    If the game has english version but have [Japanese] prefix then it's japanese version.
    Sometime i may forget to use [English] prefix but there is english patch in the package.

    As my experience, vndb always update link to english patch, you can check on vndb.
    It's the same with other DDL. File not found, File does not exist, 404 not found... etc mean file is deleted from file sharing service. It's because various reasons but yeah when you can't download from provided link, mention the uploader for reupload. ^^
    It's very simple, just copy the code in my sig, then paste in the reply form, write down your comment and post. If you do it right, my username will be blue and link to my account page. I'll receive notification.

    Eample:
    @moemoe-kyun; <---- this is the mention code ( @usename; )
    your comment blah blah..... <--- write you comment here if you want or just put " reupload plz" ^^
    MPEG4 is a codec (used to encode the video in. Think h264, XviD, DivX, etc.).
    MP4 is a container (has audio/video/subtitles in it. MP4 does not support embedded subtitles and only a small number of audio/video codes. Other containers are AVI, MKV, and many more).
