  • Hey! Long time no see! Happy Holidays to yourse--
    Oh...

    I've been pretty busy lately, and never really got a chance to relax when I went home for winter vacation, and now it's already time to go back to school x_x;

Regardless, yes, I'm still hating on weebs, but not as actively. Quite frankly, I can only manage to finish a title in only a week on average since I'm so busy with work and real-life stuff. I guess even I have to suffer through the "real life crap" just like everyone else, haha.

Keep it chill! Hating on weebs is fine, but it just takes up so much effort and time! :)
well... HF was still okay when Lisa and Hongfire still hold the top of the power, after Lisa leave the place at the end of 2009, most of the mods are start abusing their authority which leads hongfire banned all the download and torrent section.

Zvezda? 2 words to describe it... "LOVE IT"
well... the only akakimajyo i ever used is when i was still in HF... after that, i hardly using the name anymore...
nah... the nick was probably already belong to someone else before i even use it... i can see many akakimajyos in japanese sites!
well... i already dropped the name... looks like someone succeed the name, so if you ever saw the name, that's probably wont be me anymore...
I'm pretty sure that's Yukinoshita aka Yukinon
    But erm....*gulp* those kneesocks...and thighs......
Luluna asked for it almost with a poker-face...and without any hint of shame whatsoever. The situation will only escalate if he says no (or so he thought...when he pictured Luluna going around asking that thing from someone else)...

"The Ransom is her Freedom" is just something I came up on the scene with Mei talking with her father over the phone - one who refuses to let his daughter go astray at any cost, perhaps to a fault.
I thought something along the line of...If we get something along this line, but instead we have the protag. stage a kidnap to get her out and leak the news that she is actually kidnapped. When asked for ransom he would say "Her freedom". Family matters best left within family, but I can't resist going along that line... Contradiction...I love it.
This 'oppressive' thinking when I read things had been in my head for a long time...guess I got that in my younger days when I was messing with some manga mag with my best friend... We twisted some action manga (Bleach and Naruto were among them) into a totally perverse story along the line that people fights with willies, Semyon Guschin, and so on, and I did dabble into that myself (but never do it as well as he can). That said, his first handiwork was a chapter of Mx0 that involved sleeping cactus. It was just a simple nipple-filling...on every single panel the girls were outfitted with visible nipples...

Miina's just dere but no tsun. But tsundere is not my main interest.
The tank commander is basically the eye of each individual tanks...he's the one who pops his head out and have a look. And yes, Tanks got to go off-road when it needs to, and no, I am having an almost absolute disinterest in anime and manga alike.

While I actually lost a family member recently, what I was talking about there is my very life. Having to watch every step, watch every words, watch every action, watch others' action, to stay away from bullies, to make it out of school from day to day.

NA server's of WoWP got a lot of bad reputation to even begin with, and population is dwindling, the game's riddled with problems and bugs...EU server apparently got 5k people at peak compared to 1.5k-2k of NA.

Yes, by heavy fiction, is something along that line...I think it's just my oppressive sense at work...the 'art' of sapping the story out of a story, kill the tension, and move onward with no tension. Tension turns me off more than on for me, contrary to common belief. Say...I left Karumaruka Circle on hold and went on to finish Moteyaba first exactly because of that - there's a lot of tension on each arc...and I expect the true route to be even worse, judging from the EVCGs.
I'd say bluish, long hair, and not overtly large cup this time around...among them, only Mei is of the same year as the protagonist (quite unbelievably). And coincidentally, I took their routes first in their respective games.

Yes, it is indeed WoT. And the crew config differs from tank-to-tank. But a tank can never lack the driver and commander - the commander can do everything in the turret in some tanks (say, those interwar models), but the driver's gotta drive. A tank crew usually consist of the commander, driver, gunner, and loader (in the olden days, radio operator. as time goes on the Cmdr. takes that job)...note that even with all this I don't even care about Girls und Panzer (as of late, I watch GSD Remaster when it comes to anime and I don't foresee myself watching much anime in the near future).

Well, not so much for me...it is as if humankind wants to commit suicide - I have had enough of this dying thing as I had to deal with it for quite a [long] while (and how ironic that whenever I play Skyrim/Fallout I use more force than diplomacy). I suppose I'll just stop here.

Glad that helped. I might be condensing a lot there, but my memory really is failing me...

Yes, it's WoWP, now released and live. NA server's not going well, though.
When you brought up that some wants reality to be hardcore and thus we have fiction...I never get why people like dystopian fictions.

I guess this entails a graphic:

Well, you see, where I live we get mandatory Buddhist prayers, classes on Buddhism, and so on in school. I broke away eventually, but I guess whatever you get in early age is pretty hard to change...like the values indoctrinated (namely, to not kill, to not steal, to not do wrong in sexual matter, to not lie, and to not be intoxicated...this is only a rough translation, though)...

I can write like barely a paragraph in the allotted time, but at deadline I compose them up completely...complete with citations and all the formal stuff. I actually proofread as I go (MS Word...helps a lot).

The Yaranaika meme comes from Kuso Miso Technique (くそみそテクニック)...put the Kana in Youtube for loads of fun...IF you understand Japanese, though. But I actually ran into an English version on Youtube (with English voice over!). Yamajun's other works are...not just something to read for arousal. Heck, I'd go as far as to think that even Kusomiso's got a moral in itself - make sure that you and your partner's bladders are taken care of before engaging in an activity...

    Try this:

Fighter plane are, well, equipped with guns (evolving from a single rifle caliber machine gun firing through propeller to today's multi-barrel cannons). Dedicated (the term would be air-superiority) fighters wouldn't be equipped with bombs - the ones with bombs are called fighter-bomber. They do use their lightness to fight stuff...to keep things simple.

The J7W3 is a total paper plane (in fact, the engine is perhaps a fictional one altogether)...but yes, jet engine back then was in its infancy - their thrust is very low compared to today's turbines...and many technical details that I doubt I can explain. Apparently why two engine airliners can come to be is because of the improved reliability of jet engines. Jet propulsion has came a long way over the past 70 years or so.

Yes...she's a favorite. More from seeing a portion of myself in her than for her being a kouhai and not having too big of a cup though.

...and you hit the nail on the head with that assumption...if we go any further it'll entail spoiler. What define well-written I do not know (because I adopt the 'don't be critical while going at things like these' mindset and I cannot handle too much MAMA...erm, drama), but her story is one of the better ones I've went through...that's how I feel, anyway.
Raised in a Buddhist environment, I guess that had something to do with my case...and I did not make reference to anything - I just mean a plain table with a tablecloth that drapes down to the floor, like what you would see in a posh restaurant or on a buffet table.

Talking is one thing while writing is another...I have this habit of using written language while speaking. Academic writing also left me in shambles first time through, but the second time I had to go through it I managed to do well...can't believe that one-night essays (despite having weeks allotted) would almost give me an A...

I don't like practical jokes to say the least. I cut my shoelace to set myself free when someone tied it together when I slept...guess that's why I don't get along well with those active people. What if I say that I often get cracked up from reading Yamajun (you know, Yaranaika, but not just that, his other works as well) and looking at a particular male exhibitionist photos...not arousal, but pure comedy for me. I guess to sum that up in as fewest words possible: "Sexual Jokes". Many of what I find funny are quite...jargonic. Local memes, so to say. I don't find the common internet memes very funny, though.

I guess I'm pretty much the same way...can't expect everyone to be on the same way. That's why I had few friends after changing school...

You are right on track here...I think it's fear of reality more than anything...how would you feel when you are communicating with your instructor over the E-mail?
    never! they're mine!

When I define a "weeaboo" (since "otaku" can have different meanings), I define the individuals with perhaps more than one of the following characteristics:
    1) Cannot explain to me why they like a certain element in anime/eroge, or even anything outside of this genre.
    2) Unnecessary vocalization of their favors
    3) Large amounts of fantasizing--about themselves being in the character's shoes
    4) Little concern for the producers/artists/Voice Artists who work hard to create the title
    5) Little self-esteem for their personal lifestyle, and no real-life goals, achievements, or career path.

Just by agreeing with my theories to the smallest extent, I welcome you as a fellow brethern who already realizes the "truth", and may be working to spread it using any way possible. Seeing that you've already visited my blog, I assume that you are one of the loyal readers of it, and it is my greatest hope that I somehow inspired you to play a title, or at least piqued your interest in one.
I actually had a small amount of knowledge of Japanese from just watching anime previously, where I only copied the phrases that the character was saying and connect that phrase with its meaning and usage in my brain. I took that to the next level and learned its "true meaning", how to write it (kanji + hiragana), and then to the advanced stuff.

Recently, as I was enjoying my eroge like a baws, I saw a lot of individuals fanboy-ing or "weeaboo'ing" over titles like Madoka, SAO, Kyojin, and etc. I actually found this disgusting because when I asked these individuals why they like the series, they replied with "I don't know" or "I just like it".

This made them seem like monkeys in a cage sprawling over for a banana (as I explain in a corresponding post). This is also about the time I left the VNDB community for the same reasons, and started by own blog (about a year ago).

Frankly, I'm not too much of a fan of seeing the same intelligent species as myself acting so stupidly, and act as if the banana is everything to their life.

Simply put, I'm hoping you know about the allegory of "the Cave". If you don't, feel free to Google it because it's exactly what I am now--a "philosopher" who saw the truth, and is attempting to convince the others about it, despite risking my dignity and maybe my life.
I'm very sorry for not being able to offer you a response any sooner. The only excuse I can give is that I was too busy playing games (both kinds--MMOs AND eroge).

I hope to satisfy you with my answers following this apology. As always, a misunderstanding on your part is always my fault for not explaining everything, so should you have any questions, please let me know immediately.

Regarding learning of Japanese, I admit that it wasn't easy, but it wasn't too hard either. With no formal education during the process, I admit that it was only my background as a Korean (which has a language system similar to Japanese). I expect others learning Japanese to have a much harder time in this aspect.
In addition, I'd have to comment that achieving a certain goal, whether it's learning a new language or completing a task, is much easier to do if you have a mindset to complete it--for me, it was my "ultimate goal" and my love for eroge (and 2D girls) that helped me greatly.

    How I started, huh?
Well, I started all the way back when I was about 14, when I already had experience with anime-styled MMORPG like Maplestory. This was approximately the time I first touched a title called "Negima", which was readily available on Youtube.
After that, I actually followed the same pattern as I described previously--watching a great series, being excited over it, except that I was able to explain why I liked it and looked for anime titles with similar characteristics, then found my first eroge (Yumina), which brought me over four years to where I stand. I obviously had to start with translated titles, but soon figured out on my own that these titles were also very faulty, and was also overwhelmed at the number of eroge available, so I took up to learning Japanese.
No...what I wanted to convey is that it really is not something a 13 years old should get into...funny all those exposure did not corrupt me into some craven rapist seeking flat chest girls (but it's still irresistible to hide under a clothed table and spy on/spook girls)...

I can write but not speak too well - yes, I failed a class that is dedicated to presentation (English, of course) some time ago. Good thing I done it on the re-run.

I guess all I get from multilingual study (yes, I do study Japanese but I plan to stop due to overseas complications i.e. I don't want to go abroad) is doing cross-language jokes...Well, like how 試験 means chicken...that sounds lame, ain't it?

Just the high school period twisted me into a paranoid, overcautious guy who would not mind having no friend to avoid the possibility of backstabs...that's as far as I'd go.

It's more about the consequence and feedback than anything...if you fear a negative response, you'll get that feeling of doubt when attempting to approach someone.

...those planes are Kyushu J7W3 - the last evolution of the J7W series of fighters. The humpback has been removed, the canopy is clear, the antenna is internal, improved jet engine...never mind all that, let's just say that it is a theoretical model of a highly advanced Japanese design from World War II (which is borderline fictional). And you are correct, that same girl, but the plane in the avy is the famous Messerschmitt 262, but it is a model with rocket booster which seem to be paper only.

That girl is one of the four Walroma heroines, Lisa Eostre. A genius, but her mentor believes that she needs a partner and asked our good guy to take that role. It's more than kouhai/loli for me...to keep it outta spoiler.
