hello Marcoshius tnx for the reply :) just explore the bin and cue file and looks like there were no missing file on it maybe only problem is cannot mount the bin and cue file..every time i click the IH setup or the SystemC there's a error message coming out..maybe i download a corrupted file..maybe ill will download other file and hopefully its not corrupt..ill tell you if its ok..thanks again for all your help Marcoshius. :)

Sorry it took so many time to answer, but I can't find the problem with the game, it runs all right in my win7 Ultimate x64, so it should run on older Windows's distributions like XP, maybe you are missing a file, I'll leave you an image of the files in my game directory, if you aren't missing any, then leave more detailed info of your OS so I can emulate the conditions in which you're running the game, here's the image:

Just located the game, what you have is a .bin and a .cue file if I'm not wrong, you only need to mount the .cue image with daemon tools and either install the game with the wizard or copy the files to another folder, try it, if that doesn't work then leave me a message in my profile page :)
