    Hatsuyuki had the best TL, but they changed staff in the middle, so it might be inconsistent.

    I'd probably go with the 1080p BD from tlacatlc6, personally.

    The three sites above focus on reviewing on fansub releases and will give you a far better impression than just comparing one or two lines would.
    The first focus on translation, the second on editing, and the last just puts up around twenty jgps for each group so lines can be compared.

    Additionally, we're doing our own, internal reviews to augment the above and select groups for permanent storage based on that - so chances are I can give you a recommendation if you're interested. ;)
