The format of the PV is wmv. If you download a light codec pack like “Combined Community Codec Pack”, maybe it will fix the problem. The PV might lag because your laptop is missing some video...

Don't use applocale. Applocale causes this problem. Change your system locale to Japanese. I don't know how to explain this but Applocale changes the locale only for the setup file, It doesn’t...
