  • Right, I forgot you're going to colleague now, hehe. Sometimes I really forgot the fact that I'm the only one who has nothing to do -_-
I downloaded two animes in the last week too ... both seasons of Hyakka Ryouran and I just need to finish three episodes of the first season then the first one is finished :D
Chrome? I just have it installed but I don't really use it (just for sites on which I need to deactivate adblock), so I can't say anything about it. I just have about 15 tabs or so, whereof around 10 are about music and 2 about mangas I'm reading regularly.
Filling up your HDD? After downloading Hyakka Ryouran, FIFA 14 and some music collections in FLAC (MP3 had no seeders) I just have 4 GB left on my HDD ... now I need to convert the FLAC to clear my HDD and this will take some time.
Long time no see, hope you're doing fine :) Anything new on your side? In my case it's the same as always ... playing games, watching animes (D-Frag! is so cool, haha), reading and translating mangas and yeah, no work. But I considered going to college in October if I haven't found a job until then, which means October is the end of the boredom. Regarding VN there's nothing new on my side. Just started Majikoi A-3 a few days ago and since the last message I played Ikikoi ... nothing special but it was funny.
Normally I would say thank you and I would wish you the same, but... I'm sorry to hear that. However, I hope you and your finally did have a nice Christmas and New Years Eve or at least some of the holidays (since in Austria are a few holidays after New Years Eve). Normally I would say that I know how hard it is if someone loses a relative since I lost both of my grandfater's as well (the last one when I was 11 years old), but on the other hand I'm convinced of it, that I'm nearly emotionless (regarding RL). Maybe this will change when I experience such a situation again. But yeah, I don't really want to talk about such a topic since I'm the funny type (most likely like you?) and yeah, this topic is not really the topic we should talk about :D
As far as I'm concerned everythings like usual. Nothing to do, writing application letters, translating mangas, playing games and that's it. Oh, I forgot, I also got a sickness over New Years Eve. It was just a cold ("Idiot's don't catch colds" my ass), so I could spend New Years Eve with my friends (and later with my family). Regarding VN you missed nothing in the translated branche. Fate/Hollow Ataraxia reached 99,1 % (yeah!!!), but that's it (along with some nukiges) :D And I played GoldenEye: Reloaded (remake of the GoldenEye for the Nintendo 64). Back then it was a masterpiece (it's a masterpiece today too), but the remake is the greatest shit Activision developed -_-
Nop, I never jumped or fell from a three-store building or something like that. To be true, the doctors also don't know why, but I also have epilepsy and since I'm really tall compared to my relatives (I'm 194cm and my brother is 172cm ... not even my grandparents are/were as tall as my brother) they think the reason behind the scoliosis (therefore the spinal surgery) and the other two things (height and epilepsy) is a genetic defect. But now everything is fine and I changed my lifestyle after the operation to a better one, hehe.
And you're right with CoD, I really thought about buying it, but then I read reviews about CoD: Ghosts and this reviews are really really bad. I hope there will be a Modern Warfare 4 (I'll definitely buy it!), since I really hate Black Ops. CoD isn't that bad as many people say, but since there are so many titles without changes it looks like Activision just wants your money (like FIFA). Never played WoW? Me too, haha. I hate monthly fees to play a game. And I only played Diablo II and then I played Diablo III two or three hours, but it's really bad compared to II. Do you know the game Path of Exile? Really great MMORPG. If you find the time, watch a video or so about it. The passive skill tree is just epic ;)
Right, I'm back to VN. My newest VN is Ikinari Anata ni Koishiteiru (one route finished already, one I'm not interested in and two left). Really funny VN with some dirty lines/jokes.
Btw, I bought Tomb Raider (the one from 2013) a few days (or a week, I don't really know) ago. Also a good game :)
Hospital? Man, I hate this word. I had an spinal surgery three years ago (the operation took five hours) and since this day I hate hospitals, but somehow I'm also thankful since the operation went well. I hope your relative recovered already (otherwise I wish him/her a good and fast recovery)!
No, I got no work and therefore I also got no money. "Battlefield" fits perfect since I bought Battlefield 4, but I just played a few games. The server are really bad (I just could finish two rounds out of eight or so cause in the other rounds the connection to the server disconnected) and I also don't really like the players. That doesn't mean, that I don't like all of them, but if I play Rush (my favourite game mode) I just see tanks, combat helicopters and "snails" (this are foot soldiers which creep along the ground). I really want a new Bad Company 2. I played it over 1k hours but since Battlefield 3 there are so few player on the servers ... awful. Yeah, in the end I spend most of the time with Kingdoms of Amalur, like you said. Nothing new on my VN and anime part since I gave up playing Japanese VN with exception of Majikoi. I also arranged a LAN party last week on friday, the first one since nearly one and a half year, there we played Warcraft 3 (with the characters from One Piece, Naruto, Bleach and some other animes).
Going back to college in January? This means you have to play/read/watch that many games/VN/LN/animes to a fare-thee-well ;) You need to enjoy the time until doomsday (in comparison to the time where you didn't go to colleague) :D
Weird taste for spicy food? Haha, I have a chili sauce with 553k scoville (on the scoville scale) at home, it's called "Crazy Gibbon" here, but I'm not sure if it's called the same in America. Even if you touch the glass of the chili sauce and then you lick your fingers ... man, that's more brutal than eating Tabasco without anything! World War Z was adopted from a book? Didn't know that, but yeah, I didn't like the film that much anyway. I watched it in a cinema which only shows the movies from America (which means in English and not in German). The good thing is that you can watch the movies on the American release date since the European one is later.
About animes/VNs/LNs ... in the next two weeks I won't have time for these things. I bought the game Kingdom's of Amalur and then there's the release of Battlefield 4 next week and this means "Goodbye RL!"
I can have the opportunity to have a job, but somehow I don't find anything. Normaly a employee with my education would earn around 1,600-2,000 € gross/monthly for a full time job. I even applied for jobs "under" my education (which means you just need the compulsory school and not a vocational school like I visited) and yeah, only refusals.
In the end I think I would try out everything I don't know, or at least most of them. Mexico is well known for it's spicy food, or am I wrong there? If it's true I think I would like it there, since I really like spicy food.
The Last of Us? Really good game! But in Europe it was censored -_- And I never read a book from Percy Jackson but I watched both movies which are out so far. And I think I won't read the books at all since I'm not a big fan of books. The movies are also really good if you haven't watched them already :)
Monogatari? I watched High School DxD the last week and now I'm waiting for the bluray of the second season. For now I think I'll spend time playing NHL 14 and preparing the partial german patch of Sharin no Kuni ... and looking for work! Man, I never thought that it would be that hard to find a job -_-
I really would like to come to Mexico, alone because I really would like to try the nachos there, since they are from Mexico, hehe. I mean, we also have nachos, but like you said, "try the local stuff". I also tried it in Tunisia and the bread and cheese was really good, but just one sort of sausage for breakfast (each day the same one) and I tried it, but it wasn't that good as the cheese. And I already told you about the lunches :D
And if we take the article from the Lolicon wikipedia page, then you can say "In Japan, the term describes an attraction to underage girls (whether prepubescent, pubescent, or post-pubescent) or an individual with such an attraction. It is also commonly used when referring to lolicon manga or lolicon anime, a genre of manga and anime wherein childlike female characters are often depicted in an "erotic-cute" manner... " ... so yeah, either they are "underage" (height doesn't matter) or they are "childlike" (in this case the age doesn't matter too), hehe.
Have a good trip to Texas and look out for some cowgirls for you ;D And Google Maps won't help me there, so I used another page to calculate the distance from the capital city from Austria (Vienna) to Mexico City and to Austin (capital city of Texas) ... 10,167,168 km to Mexico City and 9,119,884 to Austin. You are coming closer and closer!
Just a addition to my last comment (and your question in your previous one): Right, Cola and Pepsi are international, and they did have Cola and Sprite, but they didn't have Fanta, and these three limonades are all from the Coca Cola Company. They had such a no-name Fanta, but at least it tasted very good.
Overall score of the trip was ... I would say 6/10. The hotel complex itself was really good, that's the reason for such a high score. I mean, I don't need very much for a perfect holiday, just a few limonades, nice people and good food, whereby good food is the most important one, and yeah, this wasn't the case :D
And is it important which age the loli is? I thought it depends on the height, but if you ask I would say ... don't know, since I'm bad at estimating peoples age, hehe.
And hahaha, suck it and see ;D In my case I should try out the thing with the skirt, but the problem is ... there's no one running around with a long skirt, just short ones -_-
Yeah, I'm back since the 22nd September already. And they had various variants of noodles, but since ramen is more like a soup, they never were like in ramen. And how should I say, they served the fish really simple ... catch a fish and throw it in the pan, and done. And the potatoes were just boiled in the pan, the easiest way of cooking potatoes.
Making an advance on RL-lolies just means jail if the loli doesn't like it, but if the loli likes it it's legal ... at least in Austria :) And no, there were no local beauties, they were all veiled and to be true there was no local woman around my age in the village the hotel was ... I never wandered around that long. The most distant place was just 8km away, and that was callbox I was looking for :D
I don't know myself in which country I were. And gadflies are flies which can suck blood out of you (at least if the translator is right, hehe) like vampires.
About the food: It would be a dream if they would have offered me kebab or curry, but they just had fish, fish, noodles, fish and some things out of potatoes (but that were definitely not chips).
And I don't know if you know the drink Radler, but that's a mixed drink from Germany/Austria with beer and a limonade, so I think he didn't even care about my accent and maybe he just thought "Only a german speaking person knows this drink".
The same goes for the case where I asked for "Cola with Fanta" ... there he asked "Spezi?" ... they all knew the special drinks of my country although it was another continent :D
And I thought about RL-lolis because I didn't have my laptop with me, which meant a whole week without them, so I thought "If I can't have a VL-loli then I want a RL one" ... but yeah, the RL-grannies put a spoke in my wheel...
So, first message from Tunesia, and most likely the last one from here too.
I WANT BACK! The food is terrible (at least in my opinion) and the city itself is a single huge cactus. They even have gadflies there. Ok, maybe I'm just spoiled in Austria, but nevertheless, I want back. A whole week without laptop is terrible.
btw, I thought I would see some Real Life-Lolies here (ey, does that word even exist? If not, they should make it national), but man, here are just Real Life-Grannys -_-
Next problem is the language. First dialogue: me "coke with fanta please" and then the barkeeper "ich komme aus deutschland" (i'm from germany" in english) ... the people here are speaking german, french and english, but just the barkeepers. But hey, I don't need the other ones since I'm at the bar all the time.
Hope you are doing better than me in various ways ;D
Hehe, good decision. And the last sports game I played was FIFA 13 and next week onward I'll play NHL 14. But yeah, Mario Strikers was really epic. There's even one for the Wii which is even better, but yeah, I think the last time I played it was two years ago.
Finished Senran Kagura and the Ikkitousen OVA two days ago. I wouldn't recommend you Senran Kagura since the girls don't even have nipples, which looks really weird sometimes, haha. But Ikkitousen was great.
I know the feeling. It's the same whenever I'm playing Football Manager on the PC. In games someone comes in my room and bam, the opponent scores a goal ... coincidence? But now I changed to NHL (ice hockey), which is my second favourite sport after football (or should I better say soccer, since this is the american word). Anyway, I think you know which sport I mean.
And you must watch Endymion on the 60" flat screen ... I mean, we are talking about Kaori Kanzaki here!
One anime is still ongoing (Watamote), the OVA of Ikkitousen is from 2011 and then there's Senran Kagura. It aired already but the bluray was only released a month ago or so and I don't know if all of the specials were on the bluray or if there's another one coming.
Hm, there are various kinds of busy? Didn't knew that so far since each "busy" seems equal to me :D
Hm, sounds like you were busy. I mean, I don't want to say that I'm not busy, but yeah, I'm busy regarding questions like "which game should I play?" and "which anime should I watch?" :D
And the link is in 720p, don't worry. I'm also downloading only 720p for animes now since I'm also badly off regarding free space. I have my external hard drive, but yeah, I'm to lazy to copy it from my laptop to the external and on my laptop are just around 10 GB free space.
And if you plan to start Yumina the Ethereal. Yesterday I saw the opening. At the beginning of chapter six. Maybe there was one at the beginning of chapter one too, be that as it may, I can't remember at all.
Hey, how are you? Long time no see :)
I'm on holidays from 14 to 21. September so I thought I would write you news on my side, hehe.
Regarding VN I finished Grisaia no Kajitsu and now I'm playing Yumina the Ethereal. It's a VN in RPG-style and there's no english walkthrough so far, so I'm trying my luck. I think I'll just play one route since the mini games are too time consuming for me. That was all regarding VN.
Regarding animes: I downloaded the movie Majutsu no Index - Endymion no Kiseki. Here is the torrent. The movie was really great and I was really happy to see some characters again. Then I downloaded Senran Kagura and Ikkitousen - Shuugaku Toushi Keppuu-roku. Watched the first episode of Senran Kagura and it looks somehow interesting and funny. Ikkitousen is just an OVA, but one with 48min :D
And that's all on my side for now.
First of all I wish all the best in hindsight :happybday:
Ehm, yes, the first "anime" should mean "manga" :D But there's an anime adaption of No Game, No Life in the near future. Here are infos about it.
Afaik the movie from Majutsu no Index was released today on DVD/BR, or am I wrong there? I just remembered 26. or 28. Anime in 1080p is really useless if you watch it on the PC or on a normal TV (nothing like 120cm or higher). If you watch it on PC then 720p is enough since there's not much different ... said a friend of mine. It's true, I didn't notice the difference on my PC, but I never watched on a big TV screen.
I don't know if I already mentioned it, but Komyu got a partial English patch already. After Grisaia I'll start Harukoi Otome, but I think I'll skip most of the text and then I'll download the partial patch. Really looking forward to the game.
Btw, next time I'm in Czechia I'll make a few photos for you ... with a katana :D
God, if I compare my list with yours, then it's like you compare Austria with the US. On my liste are just two VN (Grisaia and Harukoi Otome, which also got an english patch), four animes (Naruto, One Piece, No Game, No Life and Gun X Clover) and then I'm waiting for a few animes. Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT and Senran Kagura are available on BR, but somehow nobody translates Senran Kagura -_- And then I'm waiting for the BR release from the movie of To Aru Majutsu no Index, which will be released in a week I think, Kagaku no Railgun S, KILL la KILL, Strike the Blood and Blood Lad ... anyway, some of them haven't even aired on TV so far :D
And then I have my work with translating the mangas, but now I have some free time. Ok, I had free time since I already planned my free time out ... for Saint's Row IV.
Man, nice to see that at least you have the time to play or read something. In my case I finished SSX and just the first route (Makina's route) in Grisaia no Kajitsu. In the last days I just played Minecraft with a friend and translated mangas (Gun X Clover and No Game, No Life). No Game, No Life even gets an anime adaption now, hehe. But man, Minecraft is such a game you can play 100h and you're still not half done with your "building" -_-
And, have you heard from the anime Watamote already? Is a must watch for you, trust me ;D
I played Lost Planet 2 already. Ok, maybe "played" is a little bit exaggerated, since I just played the first mission. I didn't like it that much, therefore I sold it a week later.
To Aru Majutsu without Kanzaki? Sry, but that's a no-go for me. In the whole two seasons of the anime were just a few characters I would like to see again, and I hope, they will be in the third season as well. And you are right, Kanzaki is one of them.
And don't worry, I also didn't have the time to play VN the last week. Either I spend the time at a friend's place, I heard music or I did anything else.
Never played Bioshock Infinite, so I can't say anything about it, but according to friends and reviews it should be good. I would play the demo first, if there's one :)
Now I'll play Grisaia for the second time (first time was last week already) :D
Ahahaha, I also hated the narrator in Sae's route. Ok, to be true, I also hated Sae's voice actor ... that voice is ear rape.
SSX is a snowboarding game. I just needed to play something like that since it's realy hot in the last weeks and the game helps me to cool down a little :D And I finished Hagure Yuusha on the first day. The anime was really good and somehow it reminded me of To Aru Majutsu no Index. In Majutsu no Index is a character called Motoharu, and in Hagure Yuusha there's also one called Motoharu. Both of them have blond hair, and the voice actor of Hagure Yuushas Motoharu is also the voice actor of the protagonist in Majutsu no Index. And the personality of the both Motoharu's ... not that much different.
In Majikoi I have just Seiso's route left. Cookie 4 IS route wasn't that good in my opinion. I'm really looking forward to A-3 ... Stacy, Lee and Tsubame
If everything runs as planned than I can start with Grisaia tomorrow (or the day after tomorrow at the latest). And the lenght doesn't matter, as long as the story is good :)
"I can finally see in HD again" ... that reminds me of a movie I watched a week ago. It was from 1976 (or 1978, I don't know). But the graphic was better than in some video games nowadays ... like CoD :D
The heroines in Amagami? I would say Ai>Mia (if you count her as one)>Kaoru. I don't like the other ones that much. I really miss a Hibiki arc, since she's also very interesting :D I just skipped half of the episodes of Amagami +. The first season was much better in my opinion. I'll just watch Ai's, Mia's and Kaoru's arc in +, then I'm finished with Amagami.
I don't really know what I should finish first. Majikoi A-2, SSX or Hagure Yuusha. At the ond of this lies Grisaia no Kajitsu. A long way to go.
And yes, I remember. The time where we talked about the world domination and the lolis, or am I wrong there? And the scene from the link was definitely a dream, at least for normal people like us :D
Haha, since the post about the prizes of the games I know that feeling with the character restrictins too :D
Btw, have you heard that the english patch of Grisaia no Kajitsu is out? And that koestl will also translate Grisaia no Meikyuu? I downloaded it already, but I didn't have time to play it so far. Need to finish SSX on my Xbox 360 and Amagami SS+. And then I downloaded the anime Hagure Yuusha no Estetica too. The first episode was good, so I think I'll definitely watch it.
And that were all news from my side so far. Yeah, I was barbecueing with some friends yesterday and the gnats used me as a pincushion there, so I'll definitely not going out the next days, which means playing SSX and VN and watching animes :D
If you wrote the thing in your 2nd post all alone, then you should definitely become a storywriter ;)
Hey, how are you? Long time no see :) I just wanted to tell you that I started Majikoi A-2 last week, finished Dragon Age: Origins and Prey, watched the live action movie of Initial D and now I'm watching Amagami SS+ ... hopefully I'll finish it someday.
And on your side? Something new regarding games/VN/LN etc.?
