I'd say it's from Cloudflare themselves. Of course I can't say for certain since I don't work for them, but I and many others have had weird problems when certain regional nodes are acting up.

Like, there was a time where strings of IRC channel address written anywhere on this forum would become corrupted; made me think I got a Trojan or something... but turned out it happened to North American users (the States & Canada, at least) whereas Asian and European users had no such issue. We didn't do anything and it magically fixed itself after a day or two.

I suppose what matters is that it does work now :P

Not that I know of, no. I just finished exams myself and haven't had the time to tamper with servers in any way. But that's good to hear. If there's nothing else to blame, I'm willing to bet it was Cloudflare, lol.

Apologies, I myself can't discern what the problem is. So far, only one aside of yourself has reported to have this problem, which we thought was caused by something interfering with his network connection or packet data transfer.

I was a bit late to see your thread, but all methods I can think of without having any clue what might've caused it have been suggested. I myself can't reproduce the problem. I just tried loading that image with different browsers and IPs from 4 different countries located in 3 different continents - none of my attempts had any problem with loading the image.
