Sadly that true. Here (Bulgaria) corruption is everywhere. It's simply part of absolutely everything from healthcare, politics, education, construction works and so on >.<
In general trying to rival other countries is a good thing provided you have the capacity to do that not just concentrate all your resources and be better only at one thing while you suck and everything else . But yeah, sounds like they aren't prepared for that higher level of education. Still it's pretty damn high xDD

Well CS isn't that great, everyone is going for it yet half of those don't have even the slightest idea what they're getting into xD And it is kind of boring though that might be due to the way they teach here.
What was your major again? You've told me about some of the projects and stuff you're doing there but I don't seem to recall the major itself >.<

lol I've been very lax in my uploading... I was a gamer before I was an anime lover and lately I've been feeling very happy after playing some good games. I managed to get my hands on Megaman x5 and thousand arms so I've been indulging myself in these old but great games. I have a lot to play xD I'm not sure when but I'll probably stop uploading for a good time. Not soon though maybe next year xD It'll be bad if I just leave my responsibilities toward SH and other sites that I upload after only a few months.

lol your talking to the future dream world gym leader of PO (maybe) I've already won a 32 man tournament before. I'm trying to get myself known in PO now and so far it's looking good. However in Fourth gen I haven't bothered much so I'll probably stay beaten. But if you feel the need to play vs me in 5 Gen DW then bring it Speaking of which, that tournament in SH hasn't budged since OCT >_>

Oh, I see. Well, I wish I had some friends to do some quick and nice rendering for me haha. That way, I'll have some nice renders in store for me when or if I get back into making signatures. And yeah, I do agree that most of the renders are very nice on moe.imouto.

That too, lol. Making signatures, for me, took some time, but in the end they all looked the same. Sure, I had those moments where some of my signatures looked way better than others, but eh. It wasn't consistent. Monotonic, indeed. Maybe when I get back into signature making, maybe my senior year of high school, I'll try to find my own style.

Yes, I may be wrong in saying this, but I believe it's talent that's gone to waste. It's only my opinion, though. I never really got taught to do anything and as a result, most of my signature looked similar too each other lol. And MSN is where I got to chat about GFX as well as the online game we met on. Indeed, this is sort of a pity.

Oh, you know how to render? That's pretty cool, or is it? I never really tried and I always thought it was a pain to do something like that. Oh, I've never thought of using moe.imouto for renders. I've always gone it to surf through pictures when I'm bored.

Our situations are actually really similar, especially with the avatars. It's the same with my signature, as well. I've also loved gaining feedback, be it good or bad because they tell me how much I've improved, but now, eh.. It's nothing now. I don't even have contact with my old buddies back in some forum who made signatures so I can't have something flashy for this forum.
