    Could you check if the new links are working, for the subbed post. The Naruto OVA page again as I said can only be downloaded by a downloader manager or a browser video grabbing plugin. Sorry this was the only page where there was the best quality video and embedded sub available.

    No idea. Chances are the DVD rips will be better quality than upscaled HDTV, though.

    As far as I know only the first movie was subbed.
    And I have no idea where you'd find raws for such an old anime.

    Yeah I see. You were both absolutely right at the quality and resolution. But in this case I wasn't concerned about the quality section but more pointing at the fact that you don't have Railgun in Dual Audio so Shiro's release of Railgun at Kametsu's would be the best possible option for a 720p dual audio.
