LOL ... there isnt but one completely and totally retarded state in America ................. Utah ... the Land of Mormon :@

as for my time in the military ... it spans a fair bit of time ... I was USMC 71-72 (I did not go to Nam) ... USN 74-85 ... Army active 86-88 ... Army Res/NG mobilized for Desert Shield/Storm ... I finally left the military completely after I got back from Desert Storm

you mis-read the little note I added after that ... I was in during that time, but I did not go to Nam

as for what I did when I was in ... mostly it was time as an Operations Specialist (radar gang) in the Navy ... and M60 tank weapons system mechanic in the active Army ... During Desert Shield/Storm I was transferred from my original unit over to a regular active duty unit, a Maintenance Company, because of my prior time as a tank weapons system mechanic

as for the authors I read ... manga wise I dont really go by authors so much ... except for Peach Pit and Clamp ... they have put out some of my favorite stories ... Chobits ... DearS ... and Rozen Maiden
If I find a story that catches my interest I read it :)
