Q. What's your opinion between the differences of Cartoons and Anime?
oh God i remember writing a paper about anime and dubs but this...hmmmm. I would say Anime is animations created from Japanese studios, likewise where Cartoons are made from American studios...i know there are some examples such as BONES and Stan Lee's Heroman. I see it as Anime but it could be seen as a cartoon to the comic enthusiasts...(well thats a vague example lol) but that is how i see it.
