So in 2009, under the new Happy Carrot label, ADV re-released Legend of Lyon Flare (Which was their 1st ever SoftCel Pictures release in 1994) for the 1st time on DVD.
Though they also gotten to release the sequel to the series also on DVD (Which was previously licensed by Kitty Media with only one episode released) though finally complete for the 1st time.
The 1st DVD used to be available for a long while before being pulled a few months ago from Right Stuff (Which last I checked prio to this there was still copies in Stock) while the 2nd DVD was out of print 1st.
If anyone has this DVD release, it would be nice to rip the ISO image of the OVA to put on the internet since its now impossiable to get the OVA apart from Streaming sites and 2nd hand VHS copies of the OVA
