What happened to the encode on this one? Got the weird waviness that was in Oide yo! Mizuryuu Kei Land ep 2 and the Imouto Bitch ni Shiboraretai ep 1 releases. Everything looks underwater with vertical panning, and motion in general has weird extra frames that are choppy combinations of the before/after frames.

Hopefully whoever is doing the encodes like this and the other 2 I mentioned figured out what they're doing wrong. Or is this actually just that the source is really bad?
