I checked some download sites, but they are missing.
You had better give up. It's an indie game, so there aren't many available.
Furthermore, 3D Eroger is not accepted in Japan, where the title was developed, and it is unlikely to be uploaded because it is not selling well.

Number of official releases as of June 2019
The official number of sales at DLsite in Japan is 745.
Only 29 officially sold at DLsite English.

The total number of products shipped is estimated to be less than 4000 ~ 5000 including the downloadable version at all EC sites and the packaged version at stores.
It's not going to be long before these minor games are up.
I recommend you to ask someone to buy it and have him upload it or buy it yourself from DLsite English. the fastest and most certainly available.
