I have confirmed the operation of this game on Windows98SE Japanese version on VMware Player.

As far as I know, latest edition which works under WinXP (and maybe Windows Vista) was:
http://www.getchu.com/soft.phtml?id=546225 | Which sadly, dont have at all and never got lucky on P2P to grab that one.
Rest of the old releases it is recommeded and a must to use Win2000/ME or Win98, because on newer OS is not really worth it, and crashes often.
Sadly Nitro+ never released any patch or even a new release after this ''CSA Edition'' for XP.

In case Windows 10 x64 doesn't work, I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1).

*Textractor works, note there are multiple hooks that output text...one included errors in the form of duplicate characters, one gave the right text but kept giving me the blinking arrow at the end...was eventually able to find a hook without these 2 issues
