It's a small Terios fandisk-type game I’ve been looking for, which seems to have fallen off the internet almost entirely. It doesn’t seem to be on getchu anymore for some reason, but I have found it listed here, although it’s out of stock:

It’s one of those Terios games that features cameo heroines from a few different Terios games (Lycoris Radiata and a couple of others). I don’t know if it’s available anywhere at all digitally, so it seems like my only hope is to find a ripped copy of the game hidden somewhere on the Net.
I would pay money for this game if I could only find a digital vendor. I used to have it on an old hard drive that became corrupted, and now I just want it back.
