This one is difficult... I didn't find any instance of the windows version of it anywhere on the internet. Only the PC-98 version on abandonware sites.
VNDB says there should be a 2010 download version but I could only find the 97 version on Getchu.
It is also present on プレミアムアーカイブス 山根正宏 and ミンクブランドパック packs but both are also not available anywhere.
