One of the few places I've seen claiming to have the dlc is the following link, which supposedly has it along with the base game. Unfortunately, if I understood correctly, you need to both posess a baidu account and have the netdisk-program installed to use it. I'll post the link here in case anyone happens to be properly equipped and, if it still lives and the files are legit, willing to share with the class:

Trying to contact someone to help download, but he said the file link is not accessible.

I found the source of above baidu link. Not that it's not accessible, but the site uses special method where you're required to parse the string so baidu could import it to your own drive. I wish it were as simple as installing the mentioned plugin, but apparently it takes more steps before I could retrieve the files. Not to mention how difficult to sign up baidu account, since I heard it asks you to register a phone number (not sure if it asks for it now), so I'll just share it through fs site I often used.
