Sorry to resurrect the thread--but is there some trick to getting this to run in Windows 8.1? Even after disabling my AV client, installing the two crack executables, and renaming the INI file, the game just opens and immediately closes. Tried opening it both in Locale-Emulator and with a different region setting. Compatibility mode doesn't help.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This game is not working at all , at least if you have windows 8 or 10 , this game is dead . There is no trick to play it .
