I think you not change Windows to Japan. if you see C:Y then you in Full Jp if you see C:\ Nope.

Thanks. but I've already changed my regions and settings to Japanese. The error seems to indicate that I have multiple instances of the game running but that's not true. It's weird because I only have 1 instance of the game running instead of multiple. The error persists even if I close the game and restart it. It only disappears when I restart my computer.
