This version does not include an installer.
I didn't include it because it contains RSA key which may be linked to my person.
At first I wanted to simply generate new key and replace it but I gave up the that, the key I need to change is inside a compressed file which is embeeded inside setup executable. I would have to somehow repack the installer which I don't know how to do right now, I will try to learn it when I have some free time, extracting the key was easy as pie so repacking can't be that difficult.
