Hi. I know I'm a bit late but I figured this information may be beneficial to you or anyone else that reads this.
Yes this is the animation edition. You can tell by 2 methods: 1. looking at release date posted or 2. reading the full title.
Method 1: If you check this, you can see that the animation edition was released on 2007-07-20 and if you look above that's the date that Dragon55 has posted.
Method 2: The original title is 双子ノ母性本能 while this has "The アニメ" at the end. Since an animation edition of this game was released you can infer that this is the animation edition. Checking VNDB or pasting the title on Google Translate are good ways to verify.
