as what the error says, the setup was not compatible on 64-bit version of windows. the setup runs fine on a 32-bit version of windows.
you can install them using a 32-bit version of windows or i can add a link to for game files, but no idea if it is still can be run (still needed the game disc for the BGM).

you can find a 32bit version of windows OS on google and install it on a virtual machine. you can also try the "Non-Installer" above that contains game files instead.
