This is most likely save fault. Try to begin new game or load from different save. Since I played that scene without bugs too (using window 7 as well).
If that doesnt work, Try this scripts with all latest updates then -- extract to koihime directory with overwrite:

and try to load save before that scene and not during it.

Includes ALL files this time, no need for original voice pack. Just copy SoundPackSEVo and SoundPackSEVo.lst from JP game and extract this archive to EN version of game.
Hopefully all problems are fixed. Scripts were scanned for stack and goto problems.
Also ALL voices were compared with original Japanse version. This release INCLUDES ALL VOICES as present in JP version.
Total count of added voices from last version is 836 (!!!).
Also some text lines were added that were in JP version, but for some reason were not present in EN version of game.

Does anyone have experience with this AGTH/Atlas translator tool, The translated text seems to be wrong if am not mistaken, it doesn't translate correctly, is there any way i can fix it, so that the translated text would improve?

I seem to be having this weird problem that stops the OP video from playing, the sound plays normally but the visual just stays stuck on the first frame; I've actually been having this same problem for mutiple games with OP or cinematic scenes and havn't been able to find a way to solve it, everything else seems to be working fine apart from that, at least for the moment im not gettin any crashes or errors.
Im currently using Windows 7 with an ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series Graphics card. I'd really appreciate any help if anyone knows how to solve this. Thanks~

you can try adding additional dictionary to atlas library, not sure if it help. otherwise include online translators.
