Why is so hard to find Hentai in HD?

The Anime that currently airs is on HD, all the Anime that is released is on HD even the Ecchi is on HD! Why the hell only the Hentai is released on DVD Quality!? It's so rare find Hentai in BDRip (usually only find in BDRip months or years after the DVD is released) I don't understand a shit why works this way!!!
