SUMMARY

With that out of the way, here’s the actual status: We’re working on it. We’ve been working on re-encoding this to make it not look like shit (which the BD does). Things have progressed on that front, so if all goes well, it won’t be too much longer. And yes, it will be using ordered chapters (because fuck that bitrate whore of an OP). We’ve also been working with ReadingSteiner to improve the scripts.

They use the same script, but WhyNot's encode is from the bluray - and looks a lot better.
They are planning to re-encode it in even better quality, but haven't made progress in a couple months.
Your choice to wait until they get it done, or start with their current versions and grab the missing episodes from the Commie HDTV rip.
