SUMMARY
The second season will focus on The Sisters Arc. Lasting only a single volume in the Toaru Majutsu no Index light novels, it was later expanded greatly in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun manga.
The arc focuses on the ordeals of Mikoto Misaka after discovering the existence of the Radio Noise sisters that are being used in the Level 6 Shift, an experiment where they are killed in order for the highest-ranking Level 5, Accelerator, to achieve Level 6.

It looks like a request for four special episodes released as extras on DVD and Blu-ray Disc volumes and the Official Visual Book.
They are already posted in the posts for the first season of Railgun. ;)

I think the Photoshoot one is a separate OVA, but what actually throws me off that the Motto III stuff is part of this thread. Cryptic people. :rolleyes:

I believe it's the special labeled 13 Special, since Photo Shoot is based on episode 13.

Not from memory. The easiest way to find the link is to go back to the Completed Series forum, and use the Search Forum tool. Search for "railgun" and check the threads for the first season. It is in the posted links for at least one of them.
