    They are not out. BD usually come out once a month, with two or three episodes on them.
    Ochinko only had 1 episode on the first disc, but should have three on all others. Just the way they made them.
    Episodes 2 to 4 won't be out till April (or later!), since the earthquake has destroyed the production facility.

    Rest assured though that when things come out I will update this thread. ^^
