It's an OVA which continues the TV series, as indicated by the forum it is in and the description in the main post.

This is a two episode OVA which followed after season one. There is no word on a season two, so chances are this is all we'll get.
There isn't any censoring in this, but also no nipples or the like - just like the BDs from season one.
