How can I treat a infected scar in Japan?

I'm a foreigner currently on vacation in Japan now but recently I accidentally popped a boil which formed from a pimple on my waistline/stomach area, now it's been about 6 days since and the scarred area has become reddish abit yellowish and increased by a few noticeable millimeters in size. I have my insurance card on me, and have checked out some small medicine shops , but they didn't have much to sell me as opposed to American pharmacies. It's hard to find even gauzes.alcohol swabs here.

There's a hospital near my area, but considering how medical treatment is like in Japan, should I really go for it? In a week a family member is bringing over antibiotics for my scar infection but should I really wait when the infection is spreading little by little?
I've tried using this 'Sania Clean' Spray Type minor scratches (like shaving) mild general use antibiotic spray but this was 5 days after the infection started, I didn't notice much of an effect, so I'm assuming it's something to be used for mainly on the moment injuries.

There's also a continuous pain, suggestions? Also, Where can I buy basic medical supplies (first aid box for example) ??

Immediately go to the hospital whatever you think about health care they will do something DON"T WASTE MORE TIME WITHOUT TREATMENT!

1st: Well, try with alcohol to wash/disinfect the area - Can probably hurt/pain...
2nd: Bind around your stomach a bandage, but so that the wound not much air gets - Means: You should it strong binding.
3rd: Go to local clinic, and let it care from them that.


4th: In the next time should you rather equal to doc./clinic go, because with burning scars/wounds shouldn't much joking and delaying!

Ancient news now, but to update, I went to a Kyoto clinic that had a doctor who was multilingual. Ended up giving me the old fashioned no painkiller cut out operation for the infected bleeding bump that developed. Moral of the story is "don't pop boils or pimples and apply conditioner that you thought was moisturizer around the area" [lul]
