FlowerTradeWinds said that he had it, it was the first of the 3/28 games that he played, and they have a 21 day delay release policy in one of the other 3ping posts. So around the 18th is probably the time that he will upload it.

Strictly speaking, the delay is 3-5 weeks according to 2DJ. So it could be 4 or 5 weeks and that depends on factors 2DJ manages

For those who are keen to play it, thought, I bet a week or two makes a huge difference... But most of the big uploaders in Japan got arrested, 2DJ is the only hope.

Thankfully, 2DJ folks are well balanced in the sense that they can consider an negative impact on eroge industry that file sharing has on and they understand that file sharing is inevitable so they share games for those who live outside Japan.

Personally, one month waiting period is reasonable if one does not pay to play a game. Either you pay money to play it early or pay time (wait) to play it for free. There is no free lunch.

Thankyou for ur information, also want to ask if the other missing games would be out at the 18th too because there r alot of missing unrelease games in the the 3/28 that hasn't been out yet.

From a quick glance at 2DJ's website, from 3/28 they have the new Cattleya game they uploaded CG for, a game from Eroitto, the new Lune game (although that's from 3/21), a game from Spindle, and a couple of others. As JCVap mentioned, they purposely have a delay so the eroge industry doesn't take as big as hit from piracy as it used to. I'm guessing that all of these will be uploaded sometime as well as any others they have in the next few weeks, following their 3-5 week delay policy, but I'm not sure if they will all be uploaded at the same time.
