before i started, just in case you dont know koichoco is being translated right now and chisato route is on demand

actually i have played this game without patch and i have understand most part of it and i really enjoyed it.
the problem is i dont understand about Yuuki's controversial manifest that made the current prez who always helped him to turn his back againts him. in translation engine it's translated with "20%" and i dont know what's that meaning. i'd be really grateful if anyone want to explain it to me, im really lazy to play the whole game again since it's quite a long VN.
P.s I tried to watch the anime but it wasnt explained well
