I restart my PC, restart my Router and nothing works.

It's generally a good idea to use the link checker from my signature to verify if everything is really down or not. Especially with broad ranges of things a couple live ones can slip in and if I happen to check these, well, not good.
Anyway, actually dead files have been replaced now.
