Man, 1st time ever seen this : FILEFACTORY PAGE IS CLEAN AS EVER, even the homepage.
According to this check-up website :

It is not just you. The server is not responding...
They're being extra crappy the last couple days (as opposed to just being generally crappy the last couple months). It seems they're back up, but I guess it's time to search for a replacement host.
