Hey corocoro, which release of Railgun S is the best: Commie, Doki, FFF, UTW-Mazui, Hatsuyuki? Also, do you know if any of them has any plans for BD release of the series any time soon??
Just download UTW-Mazui and call it a day. And no, I don't know if any of them will be doing the BDs. Chances are all but Commie will do it eventually, though speed may differ widely.
