Looks like it was already deleted, DamnedMedo. Also, I can find no record of him doing a new version of Yu-Gi-Oh anywhere - only the old rips from 2012 are listed.
Keep in mind that DarkDream originally released on kat.ph. That "new" version you found may just be a very delayed upload to Nyaa.se.
