Episode 14 was a recap with only a few new scenes. Those have been integrated into episode 15.

Is it possible if you can include English subs the specials that are uploaded?

As far as I know no group subbed the specials yet.

silly question when it says raw.. does that means no subtitles?

I build my thread titles like this:
[Resolution Prefix][Group Name] Anime Name [Additional Information 1] [Additional Information 2] [...]
Meaning the "Raws" in the title belongs to the group name. If the files were raws, it would look like this:
[RUELL-Raws] Mobile Suit Gundam SEED [Bluray] [RAW]
Note the all-caps part at the end where important information lands. ;)

I'm a dodo the title says it all [DualFLAC_ENGSub] and mkvmerge confirms it but it a type of subtitle "PGS" my pc wont display. btw, it looks like they upscaled this anime... lol
