SUMMARY

In Tokyo in the year 2020, Sahashi Minato has failed the college entrance exam twice, is awkward around women, and unemployed. One day, Minato meets a girl named Musubi, who literally falls from the sky.

Minato soon learns that she is one of the Sekirei and he is her Ashikabi, a human with special genes that allows them to form a contract with Sekirei. This binds the Sekirei to him and allows them to use their full power in the Sekirei Plan, a dangerous and deadly competition organised by Hiroto Minaka, chairman and founder of the mysterious and powerful MBI Corporation. Minato finds out that being the partner of a beautiful girl is not all fun and games, especially when he discovers that an Ashikabi can have more than one Sekirei partner — and that is where the real trouble starts.

The most likely cause is your PC being borderline too slow to render the video.
Try using MPC-HC or PotPlayer with subtitle buffering (there might be some "flashing") and preferably madVR combined with a hardware accelerated rendered to give you that bit of extra efficiency needed.
Alternatively just deactivate the subtitles during the ED.

Yes, they are subbed. The easiest solution would be to install the latest CCCP and use MPC, which comes with it.

When i use MPC the qaulity of the videos great but the audio cuts out every 3 seconds

Seems like FS and US are mass-deleting files without telling anyone.

Links are not dead and the hosts you're suggesting are garbage.
RS limits free users to 50kB/s, one of the lowest limits around. They're even being sneaky about it by sending data in bursts of just providing stable speed - so people with slow connections get punished even more.
MF deletes accounts and files left and right, not to mention their 50GB space limit for each account and 200MB filesize limit.

Seriously, it can't get much worse than those two.
