My general policy is not to check files manually because there's just not enough hours in the day and I don't really get anything out of uploading. If you want stuff fixed, make a proper report. ;)

Well, for sure part 2 of episode 1 is missing from both hosts.

Might you know the cause of files not downloading completely? It'll download part of a file and then stop. For example, I'm looking at one file stopped at 4.5/438 MB.
No idea. Please contact the service providers support and ask your ISP, as they're the ones responsible and in a position to potentially fix it.
