It will since I needed to upload it to OCH and the one i chose restricts the speed for free users to 30kb/s

@IwantPedobearToo Try using SadPanda.
I'm using that now instead of Photobucket. More simple and no registration required.
And no limitation on how much ecchi the picture that you wanna upload.
