Well, like what Checkmate says, new members can no longer instantly view download links unless he/she reaches a minimum of 150 posts. But, you can get away from this limitation by pledging and offering your purity and innocence to him so that you can instantly view the links and he will also change your membership badge/status to "pervert" with a big pedobear icon besides it.
