You don't have Rosario + Vampire listed, that's a good English dub anime that's ecchi-ish but not as ecchi as others like Girls Bravo.

Kanon 2006 is in the same universe as Clannad, just in a different town.

Spoiler: Slight storyline spoiler/Speculation

The connection can be inferred when in the Clannad scene of Okazaki fighting the gang leader at the river, Senai spreads "special jam" she got from a friend of hers onto her pastries. That friend is the aunt of the protagonist in Kanon 2006 as she has "special jam" that everyone hates.

I think that's all I can think of for now that I don't see on your list.
