I really have no idea what are they doing with this, jumping around events instead of a straightforward adaptation. May be promoting the new majikoi S game according to a few 2ch posts.

I don't like how they decided to ignore Captain, Gakuto, Moro and Cookie. Where's the usual Moro making tsukomis? Why is Gakutou not acting like a joke? Why did they only give a line to Cookie in that episode, and make him only prepare some popcorns? Why did they decide to drop them after the base reunion, in order to make them search information in the Internet? Why does Captain appear in the end, making you feel they added him only to complete the gang? Why? Male characters in the game are funny, add this part to the anime. Else I won't be able to laugh, specially after what happened in this new episode.

And one thing I realise, this is an anime made for fans. People who doesn't know anything about the game is probably lost right now. I mean, when they entered the cafe, Mayucchi called a girl there Iyo-chan. That obviously implies that girl is close to Mayucchi, but you have absolutely no idea of who she is, she's just there for no reason. The same goes for the other girl in the cafe. Apart from that, while first episode was okay for showing everyone's personalities, I was expecting some sort of background check in this episode to introduce everyone. I don't know how people is going to follow after the first episode if you don't introduce anything about the characters or place. They better make them go to school in the next episode.

At least, I was able to see Miyako being Miyako.

First time I see a main character playing his own game, I like the Yukie sequence...

But everyone saying play Yukie route if you have the game?

in my opinion i like momoyo route.(Mabe because Queen type)

More Miyako teasing! Lots of fun.

Chris' section was way too long, didnt exactly sit right with me, when there's such a pretty girl with censored parts. I am quite surprised and liking Yamato for being a very open pervert in the bathroom scene, which was well over half the episode with censores of Chris' precious parts. Now, the uncensored versions will be a sure watch, no wonder one of the studios refused the show. Chris so kawaii-bishoujo~

Wanko's part at the end was bright and nice, I liked it. The whole 'family' business was heartfelt, Wanko did get a good section.

However, I am quite clueless on where the show is headed. Would love more battles like in episode 1.

Not enough really.

It's one of those eroge's that may as well have not even included the few h-scenes at the end of routes. A couple ecchi situations, a TON of repeated text to skip, and 1 ero scene (not always even) summed up most of the different routes really.

Hearing some of the surprisingly "high profile" seiyuu's doing ero scenes resulted in some of the most awkward and hilariously bad moments also.

Spoiler: episode 4

As player of the game, I feel torn.

Why?

Because while there are still enough chuckles left in the anime, the "concentrate on this girl" format doesn't work out well. It's simply not remotely enough time for proper characterizations, so the girls are being "dumbed down" and simplified. Which turns them into cookie-cutter Haremettes. Sad.

Example: In the game, the process of getting Chris and Yamato together was REALLY slow and required alot of effort from both sides. In most aspects, they are polar opposites of each other, and it requires _extreme_ work by Yamato to _gradually_ change Chris' resentment to respect to appreciation to love. And seeing this slow development along with her self-doubts reflected in Chris' inner dialogues made the result all the more appealing. Over here, Chris seems merely one of many girls trying to get into his pants.

I can only repeat my recommendation: If you're generally interested in settings and characters, play the game. It's definitely worth it.

Gosh I love Miyako, her affection towards Yamato are just way too cute, and very funny.
Always laughed at her scenes.

Yeah. For now we have an awesome first episode, a meh second episode with some small story development, two chapters that were a waste of time (except Miyako's parts) and this last one, which is a continuation of the last one and it's okay.

I hope the next one advances the story a little more. I mean, they can't possibly drag this anymore, right? Right? RIGHT???? And drop the harem, Minatosoft. You failed at it. Don't use it anymore, else you will just drag the story, and episode 2 and 3 are the best proof of that. It's sometimes painful to watch, because it feels really forced and too typical, specially if you have played the game. And I thought this anime was for fans.

Played the game recently and i'm really disappointed so far from the anime...The story is a joke...best thing in Ep. 6 was Wanko..."Mushroom's...Mushroom's...xD

Kinda glad this is over, now its just the wait for the players to get their hands on the fandisk.
Episode 1 was so entertaining, everything after that was meh, except for the Miyako teasing and Chris' embarassing moments.
