MY FIRST IMPRESSION:
It's about people will all kinds of weird obsessions - or to be more accurate anyone in this anime has a kink. Not sure if there is a story (it's more slapstick, really), since I didn't bother watching past the first minute or two.Also only half as long as a normal episode.
