Bored for the holidays...Any romance anime recommendations?

I've seen a lot and i cbb to list them out. What's ur favourite romance anime??? :D

School days was excellent, the ending creeped the hell outa me (in a good way) and the main character made me want to spit on his corpse but the romance between kotohona and the main male charcter (whos name escapes me) throughout was top notch.
H2O: Footprints in the Sand is, hands down my favorute anime and has good romance, Very dramatic too.
Ef: Memories is like an anime reproduction of 50 first dates, minus the comedy... its a really memorable romance.
Its successor, Ef: Melodies deserves a mention too, beautiful - love surpasses death sort of theme.
Clannad is probably the most popular/longest/best romance anime to date and if you havn't seen it you really should.
Myself ; Yourself is definately in my top 15 atleast, its an excellent romance with a strong Tsundere female lead.
And finally, Shuffle! Shuffle at times felt cliche but the harem style romance felt somewhat different compared to the rest I personally liked it alot but the choice he made in the end was definately not mine, kaede ftw!
These are my favorute romance animes, i recomend them all!!! :D

you could also try Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora (Hantsuki for short)
although kinda clichee it is quite nice and sometimes funny ^^ (old man Tada's porn stash )
funniest line went sth like: "Men are so stupid. They get everything they want without even noticing it." (funny in general but kinda sad in context -.-)

another one thats pretty good is Yosuga no Sora, if your ok with about 3-4 episodes of twincest
On the subject of incest romance Koi kaze's pretty good too.

You might also try Air, Ai Yori Aoshi/ Enishi (but they are more comedy), Chobits, DearS, DNA², or Bokura Ga Ita (remminded me of Kimi ni Todoke) and Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien

Ah yeah i forgot about Chobits and kimi ga nozomu eien, pretty old but excellent both of them.
Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien kinda parallels with a moral/fable which is pretty interesting

but we end up far more on the comedy side and it has a high amount of ecchi (not like i would expect you to have any trouble with that )

I second these. HanTsuki (I'd recommend reading the novels if you like anime, since anime leaves a lot of loose ends) and Byousoku 5cm (5cm Per Second) are a bittersweet kind of romance, and True Tears is one of the only anime where the main character actually ends up with a heroine, and has good character developments for a 1 cour series.

I'd also recommend Sola if you don't mind a little bit of twist.

Call me old fashioned but many of the "harem" category disgusts me, i am detest polygamous male characters. So I don't really watch mainstream Romance animes

But Air is a really heartfelt story

Oh and i recommend Hakuouki as well because you are a girl, and the art is beautiful

Gosick is NICE!! It's in my favourites list!! Finish Eureka 7 too!! It's nice!! If you get a chance, watch Eureka 7 the Movie (though the plot is completely different).
Maybe you can try the Macross series if you want to (I like Macross Frontier the most, especially both the movies).
